Contact dance is a spiritual movement practice that ​involves the exploration of one's body in ​relationship to others by using the fundamentals of ​sharing weight, touch, and movement awareness.

We will explore it from the Tantric and sensual arts ​perspective, effortlessly dancing from the sacral, ​deepening polarity awareness, activations and its ​uses.

You never have to do anything you don’t want to do.

It’s never mandatory to join the rituals, you can take your own space when you need it, and there is enough room to discuss any fears, insecurities or anything that comes up.

Before any touch, intimacy, or energetic exchange happens, we’ll devote ample time to embodied consent training — through games, somatic exercises, and guided communication practices that help you listen to your “yes,” your “no,” and your “maybe” from the body.

You’ll learn how to:
• Recognize and express your boundaries with clarity and kindness.
• Ask for what you truly want — without fear, guilt, or pressure.
• Feel the difference between a mental “yes” and an embodied “yes.”
• Respect and celebrate other people’s limits as acts of love.

Throughout the immersion, we’ll continuously revisit these tools — in every ritual, dance, and interaction — so that consent becomes a living, breathing practice, not a one-time conversation.
