The life coaching session I had with The Happy World Company was amazing and absolutely life changing. Before having the session, I was feeling very lost, very demotivated at work and in all other aspects of life. Nothing I did felt like it had any purpose. I had forgotten how to have ‘fun’ and truly connect with myself.
I wanted to be happy and feel passionate about life, but I didn’t know what it was that I had to do to get there, or even indeed what my definition of ‘fun’ and ‘happiness’ was.
This 3 hour session was an absolute life changer in helping me organise my thoughts and forced me to actually think about the things that I wanted and the things that I was passionate about. The session was extremely well run, professional and confidential. It allowed me the opportunity to express myself and have someone help me to organise all the thoughts that were running around aimlessly in my head.
All this information was developed into a personal plan for me to take away at the end. It contained everything we had discussed in the session with a plan of the things I wanted to achieve and the steps I needed to take in order to get there, even if they seemed small to start with. Three months on and I can actually look back and see the results that have come from this session. I am happy and more content. I know what I want now and I know what to do to get there. Looking over the plan that I was given, I have been able to execute at least 75% of the steps that were planned in order to get me to where I wanted to be and I am still going! I can see things so much more clearly now and I would highly recommend this session to anyone who is feeling lost in life, who needs some direction, motivation, or a friendly person to help organise their life and take back control! The service offered by the Happy World Company is amazing and as I have already mentioned, absolutely life changing! I will be recommending it to all my friends.
